Why am I Not Receiving Email Replies from Students?
Problem:
When students reply to emails sent through the system, the replies are not being received.
Solution:
Email replies may not be reaching you for several reasons:
Step 1: Verify Your Reply-To Email
Check that your account has the correct reply-to email address configured in settings.
Step 2: Check Spam/Junk Folders
Replies may be filtered to spam in your email client.
Step 3: Contact Support
If the issue persists, contact support with:
- The email address you're checking
- An example of a student who replied
- The date/time of the expected reply
Support can investigate the email routing to ensure replies are properly forwarded.
