Troubleshooting Scheduled Email Campaigns
Problem:
Scheduled email campaigns did not go out at the expected time.
Solution:
If your scheduled campaigns didn't send:
Step 1: Check the Logs
Go to Marketing > Logs to see if emails were sent
Step 2: Verify Campaign Details
- Click on each campaign to view scheduled date/time
- Confirm the time zone is correct
- Check that the campaign status is 'Scheduled' not 'Draft'
Step 3: Review for Changes
- Any edits to a scheduled campaign may reset the send time
- Verify no one else modified the campaign
Common Issues:
- Time zone confusion (campaigns use your account's time zone setting)
- Campaign accidentally saved as draft
- Edits made after scheduling that reset the time
