Troubleshooting Scheduled Email Campaigns

Problem:

Scheduled email campaigns did not go out at the expected time.

Solution:

If your scheduled campaigns didn't send:

Step 1: Check the Logs

Go to Marketing > Logs to see if emails were sent

Step 2: Verify Campaign Details

  • Click on each campaign to view scheduled date/time
  • Confirm the time zone is correct
  • Check that the campaign status is 'Scheduled' not 'Draft'

Step 3: Review for Changes

  • Any edits to a scheduled campaign may reset the send time
  • Verify no one else modified the campaign

Common Issues:

  • Time zone confusion (campaigns use your account's time zone setting)
  • Campaign accidentally saved as draft
  • Edits made after scheduling that reset the time
