Resolving 'Problem with Your Tuition Payment' Emails

Problem:

Customer received an email saying 'Problem with your Tuition Payment'.

Solution:

This email is sent when there's an issue processing a scheduled tuition payment. The most common cause is an expired credit card.

For School Staff:

  1. Look up the student's account
  2. Check the card expiration date on file
  3. Contact the parent to update payment information, or
  4. Update the card directly if provided

For Parents:

You should have received a separate email to update your credit card on file. If not, contact your school directly to provide updated payment information.
