Resolving 'Problem with Your Tuition Payment' Emails
Problem:
Customer received an email saying 'Problem with your Tuition Payment'.
Solution:
This email is sent when there's an issue processing a scheduled tuition payment. The most common cause is an expired credit card.
For School Staff:
- Look up the student's account
- Check the card expiration date on file
- Contact the parent to update payment information, or
- Update the card directly if provided
For Parents:
You should have received a separate email to update your credit card on file. If not, contact your school directly to provide updated payment information.
