How to Update a Customer's Credit Card on File

Problem:

Customer needs to update their credit card information.

Solution:

There are two ways to update credit card information:

Option 1 - Customer Self-Service:

Customers can update their own payment information through:

• The Online Portal
• The Member App

Option 2 - Staff Assisted:

Contact support to update the card over the phone. Have the customer provide:

• Full card number
• Expiration date
• CVV
• Billing zip code

Note: For security, card updates via chat are not recommended. A phone call ensures secure handling of payment data.
