How to Find and Read Incoming Text Messages (SMS)

Problem:

Cannot find where to view incoming text messages in the system.

Solution:

To view incoming SMS/text messages:

1. Go to Marketing > Send > Text
2. Look for the Inbox or Messages section
3. Incoming replies will appear here

Sending texts to tagged contacts:

If you're trying to text contacts with a specific tag but it's not working:

1. Go to Marketing > Send > Text
2. Select recipients by tag
3. Ensure the contacts have valid mobile numbers on file

Note: Contacts must have mobile phone numbers (not landlines) to receive SMS.
