Finding Past Inquires and Web Leads

Problem:

Cannot find where past inquiries and web leads are stored.

Solution:

To find all past inquiries:

1. Go to Reports > Inquiries or Prospects
2. Use filters to search by date range, source, or status
3. Click on individual records to view details

For duplicate opt-ins from websites:

If you use external web forms (not Zivvy WebForms), duplicate entries may not automatically merge. Consider using Zivvy WebForms for better lead tracking and deduplication.

To see source details:

Go to Reports and look for reports that include Source and Source Details columns.
