Customizing Trial Membership Purchase Confirmation Emails

Problem:

Need to modify the email that customers receive after purchasing a trial membership.

Solution:

The confirmation email location depends on how trials are purchased:

If using Profit Generators:

1. Go to Marketing > Profit Generators
2. Select the specific Profit Generator for trials
3. Look for the email/confirmation settings within that generator
4. Edit the confirmation message

If using standard enrollment:

Check Settings > Email Templates for the trial confirmation template.
