Adding Notes to Member Profiles in the Mobile App

Problem:

Cannot add notes to members or web leads in the mobile app - the green plus sign is missing.

Solution:

To add notes in the RainMaker App:

  1. Open the RainMaker App
  2. Search for the member in your Members list
  3. Open their profile
  4. Look for the Notes section
  5. Tap the green plus sign (+) to add a new note

If the green plus is missing:

  1. Check your app version: Go to Settings > About RainMaker
  2. Ensure you have the latest version (1.3.17 or higher)
  3. Try closing and reopening the app
  4. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Note: You can still add appointments even if notes aren't working. Contact support if the issue continues after updating.
