Adding Notes to Member Profiles in the Mobile App
Problem:
Cannot add notes to members or web leads in the mobile app - the green plus sign is missing.
Solution:
To add notes in the RainMaker App:
- Open the RainMaker App
- Search for the member in your Members list
- Open their profile
- Look for the Notes section
- Tap the green plus sign (+) to add a new note
If the green plus is missing:
- Check your app version: Go to Settings > About RainMaker
- Ensure you have the latest version (1.3.17 or higher)
- Try closing and reopening the app
- If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
Note: You can still add appointments even if notes aren't working. Contact support if the issue continues after updating.
